As part of its strategic considerations, our client was seeking for innovative solutions to develop its D2C distribution activity. The program includes multiple initiatives that have been identified as innovative and strong levers. Initiatives do include different projects among which building an online offer with a digital lead acquisition journey and a portal.

Objectives were twofold:
